Police ID pedestrian killed Sunday in Anne Arundel crash

The pedestrian killed in a Sunday night crash in Anne Arundel County was a 66-year-old Hanover man, police said Tuesday.

Police said Robert H. Mundell was killed after he was hit by a car headed east on Dorsey Road near Ridge Road.

Police said Mundell was not in a crosswalk and may have been intoxicated when he was hit. There also was limited ambient light, according to police.
