Come for VCU, stay for the Rush cover band

Because really, why wouldn’t you want to watch VCU play Butler on a large screen and then enjoy America’s No. 1 Rush tribute.

The National has more on its Web site, and even more on Facebook.

Imagine this. Sitting with 1000 of your closest friends. Everyone wearing Black and Yellow. Suddenly a 6’9” Forward rises up slams the ball through the basket. You hear every shake of the rim and every swoosh of the net through the World’s #1 Sound System. You watch all of this incredible action through a 15’x20’ Screen. The crowd erupts. High Fives All Around !!! ... We will see you this Saturday !!!!

And then “Closer to the Heart,” and then “Tom Sawyer,” and then more High Fives All Around!!! Can’t imagine what will happen Monday if VCU wins.
