Maryland softball’s state flag batting helmets

(By Charlie DeBoyace.) Give Maryland credit for this: they elicit as many uniform-related blog items as any school I can think of.

Diamondback photo editor and photographer extraordinaire Charlie DeBoyace tweeted this Terps softball photo over the weekend, from the Wounded Warrior Weekend tournament. It’s not a look I’ve often seen on a softball field.
