Late Thursday night, Lance Armstrong announced that he will stop fighting allegations that he used banned substances during his cycling career, while also maintaining that he won his races fair and square, without doping.
The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency responded by saying it would ban the cyclist for life and recommend he be stripped of his record seven Tour de France titles.
