The snows of spring
A spring nor'easter churned up the Northeast, unleashing up to a foot of snow in higher elevations inland, closing some schools and sparking concerns of power outages. The nation’s capital dodged the snow but it was back to overcoats and galoshes with cold, wet weather casting a pall.
