U.S. and NATO forces pull out of Afghanistan, leaving behind bases for the Afghan army. Lacking funding and technical knowledge to make repairs, the ill-equipped soldiers find they are ill prepared to take up the war they are inheriting.

The plebes climb to the top of the lard-covered 21 foot high monument and remove the 'dixie cup' hat at the top replacing it with an upperclassman's hat.
